13th Jan 2018, Jaipur: Five members of a family were burnt to death when a massive fire broke out at a house in Shanti Kunj area of Vidhyadhar Nagar Sector 9 in Jaipur after midnight on Saturday. The fire was triggered by short-circuit. The deceased were identified as Mahendra Garg (75), Shaurya Garg (25), Animesh Garg (22), Apurva (24) and Arpita (20).

28-March-2018, JAIPUR: A major fire broke out at a chemical factory at Vishwakarma Industrial Area on Wednesday late night.

27th March 2018, Sirsi Road Jaipur: A massive fire broke out in the marriage garden of Mysore Mahal in Jaipur city of Rajasthan on Tuesday. It is reported by local news media that fire started spreading within minutes and property worth lakhs was destroyed.
The marriage garden is located on Sirsi Road area of the city. There were no casualties reported. The reason behind the fire is yet to be probed but at the outset, police are suspecting short circuit to be the cause.

11 Jan 2018, Jaipur: A massive fire broke out at one of the expensive marriage lawns of the Entertainment Paradise Multiplex Cinema in Jaipur on Thursday afternoon. As many as 12 fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the fire. The police authorities said that no loss of life was reported in the incident. The fire reportedly broke out around 2:45 PM at the set of one of the marriage lawns in the Jawahar circle area. The lawn is located at an area very gala weddings take place.

16-Apr-2018, Jaipur: A 3-floored hospital in Jaipur caught fire due to short circuit on Sunday night. Fire started at 10 p.m.

The fire that occurred at Taman Kota housing area, Kembangan, West Jakarta burnt 122 houses on Thursday, March 29. The house that suspected as the cause of the great fire has been installed with police lines.
According to local residents, a fire was caused by the lightning that struck a power pole. The distance between a cause of the fire is only about a meter from the house. A resident who did not want to be named said the fire started on the second floor of the house.
General Manager of PT PLN Jakarta Raya Distribution, Muhammad Ikhsan Asaad ensured that the fire was not caused by lightning strikes on a power pole. The reason, every PLN electricity pole contains only low voltage electricity.
If the power pole struck by lightning, PLN substation has a system to prevent the flow of electricity from the pole, said Ikhsan.
